 IMMUNIZATION CHANGES FOR 2010-11  

Starting the first day of school in August 2010 all students in Grades 6-12 will be required to have completed the following immunization update:

Tetanus Booster or Tdap : Shall be updated on or after 10 years of age.
Meningococca l Vaccine (MCV4) : (Meningitis Vaccine) ONE dose.
Varicella vaccine (chicken pox): TWO doses of vaccine are required unless your child  has a history of the chicken pox disease
