Beginning with the 2013-14 school, Cowan Community Schools will be using the PowerSchool Single Parent sign-on functionality.  By using this new functionality, parents will be able to log in once and have access to the accounts of each of their children.  This will also provide our users with access to the PowerSchool app.

As a part of the transition to this new functionality, every parent/guardian will need to go through the one-time process of creating a new account.

1. Go to and instead of trying to log-in, click on the "Create Account" button at the bottom of the page.

2. Fill in every field in the top part of the next screen. You can choose anything for your username and password (just be sure it is something you will remember)

3. In the lower part of the screen, enter in the information for each of your students. The Access ID and Password fields are the ones that you have used previously to log into PowerSchool for each student.

4. Click on the Enter button. You will now be able to access PowerSchool with the username and password that you just created.
